Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.
The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.

The Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy known as soft-tissue instrument-assisted mobilization. It is one of a number of manual therapy approaches that uses instruments with a specialized form of massage/scraping the skin gently.
Myofascial cupping is a form of trigger point therapy and myofascial release. This therapy combines massage and stretching techniques with the use of pressurised cups. Soft tissue is suctioned inside the cups, allowing for fluid movement and nutrient supply to the tissues. The movement of fluid detoxifies, stimulates, and increases range of motion. The ultimate goal of this treatment is to promote an individual’s health by loosening soft tissue and increasing circulation.
Ear Candling is a natural, non-intrusive procedure that may alleviate the painful effects of chronic headaches or sinus conditions, ear infections, allergies or vertigo, as well as minor hearing loss due to excessive earwax build up.
For thousands of years, a form of hygiene known as Thermal Auricular Candling was used as a way of naturally cleansing the inside of the ears and head. The first known art of ear candling was in ancient Egypt. Hollow reeds harvested from damp areas were used as the candles. Native American cultures, such as the Aztec and Mayan civilizations used candling in healing and purification before initiation rites.
Ear Candling may be helpful with:
Pedicures, facials, mud wraps and body scrubs.
